The North Carolina Scottish Rite Masonic Foundation has written allocations checks for the 2023 monies for each of our four NC Clinics.

Check presentations are a great day at the Clinic. We have two presentations scheduled for January and are working with the other two Clinics to schedule their check presentations.

Confirming our Commitment to Western Carolina University

Andrew Norton, 32°, RiteCare Advocate and Liaison to Western Carolina University and Venerable Master, Valley of Franklin

On February 20th, members of the Valley of Asheville and Valley of Franklin met with Dean Lori Anderson and Dr. Leigh Odom, representing the Western Carolina University RiteCare Clinic.  Members of the Valleys’ were treated to a tour of our clinic, followed by the presentation of a check for $13,500. These funds will directly impact Camp LEAD, where local children can receive one-on-one speech and language counseling at no cost.

Dean Anderson was pleased to announce that the clinic is now partnered with the Veterans Administration, and Veterans as well as Scottish Rite Masons’ can now receive hearing examinations at no cost through the clinic.
